Poor management. Counter staff friendly and helpful, but manager more like a used car salesman. After specifically requesting multiple times from several employees if our trial membership could be extended if we were going out of the country, we were repeatedly told yes after they checked. Since this was the case, we went ahead and signed up for three months. After returning the manager Sandor regretted to inform us that he was not honoring what we were told. We would not have signed up for three months only to use 1/2 of that due to foreign travel. He also acted unaware that we could sign up for month to month memberships at a higher rate which we were also told. Losing two members for at least a year to to not honoring the word of employees in order to save 1 month fees. Shady practices. Pros: Newish equipment Cons: No pool. Poor management. Only one location. more
