It seems odd that a client who complains about Bella Beau ?bad-mouthing? other spas would indicate how a receptionist in a competing spa was bad-mouthing? us. If such indiscrete behavior is wrong - and it is- it is wrong for all. Examples of this should not be used to defame an organization while at the same time be used to justify any criticism.\r \r Complaints about rudeness of staff are commonplace and usually misplaced; any retail establishment prospers only because of good customer relations. Bella Beau is aware of this and sensitive to the satisfaction of its customers, which goes far deeper than just the approach of the receptionist. Should we ever consider that at any point we are not and that any of our staff are not ?absolutely? committed to the complete and absolute satisfaction of our clients, we would take immediate remedial action.\r \r Are our services not up to par because a competitor uses ""better lasers""? This would normally be the subject of litigation, but we cannot take this seriously. Our commitment to our clients is absolute, and the equipment we use reflects this. We use the best, we train the best, and we offer the best. Because we offer excellent services and products without charging premium prices is only a reflection that we are focused on value for our clients rather than on profit.\r \r As in all medical spas, our medical procedures are overseen by a doctor. It is fair to say that a doctor?s reputation and recommendations are more critical and important to a medical spa?s success than any other measure; in this respect we have no comparison. We strive to be superlative in all other aspects of our services in the same way, and our family-owned business can be the best and still offer value for money. more
