I walked into Bella Beau over the weekend to see exactly what they were about. The receptionist was very rude and said there was nobody there who could talk to me about their memberships and pricing b/c they were at lunch and she was not allowed to give out prices. She handed me a brochure and went back to typing on the computer. She did not even bother to take my name and number down so someone could call me about the memberships they offer. I have a couple freinds who go there and have had a few run ins with rude staff as well, especially their owner who never happens to be there and never returns an e-mail. After telling them about my experience they decided once their memberships are up they are going to try another spa. I decided to give Bella Beau another chance and called them this morning to see if anyone could talk to me, the receptionist answered the phone very rudely like I was inconveniencing her by calling and said everyone was with clients and their mgr was in a meeting. I asked if I could leave her my name and number and before I knew it she hung up on me! So much for second chances! I have already contacted another med spa in the area and have an appointment later today to meet with someone to discuss their pricing. I made sure I told them about my experience with Bella Beau and they responded that many of their clients are former Bella Beau spa goers who just got fed up with the way the spa was run, not to mention apparently everyone who works at Bella Beau bad mouths every spa in the area, I guess they're afraid of a little competition. SAY NO TO BELLA BEAU!!
