Classes are fun, though a space is a little tight. You can get a well-rounded workout (I found muscles I didn't know I had) without ever getting bored. I did the gym thing for a while, and even tried free weights. Both became a boring routine after just a few months. This workout builds lean muscle, so if you are looking to bulk up, you may have to supplement. It also works my brain, which is perfect for anyone who is concerned with dimensia or alzheimers. And don't worry, this is not a military style martial art. Though if you prefer a drill sergeant, you won't be happy as classes are pretty casual, which is perfect if you need to get there late or leave early at times.
