We initially rented a Mercedes C300 from them from Tuesday to Sunday. The first car they prepared for us smelled very badly of smoke. It was so bad we refused to leave the lot in the car. They agreed to bring another car of the same make and model to our home later that evening. In fact, we didn't get the car until 8pm Tuesday evening. Unfortunately when we got into that car the next day we had the same problem - it smelled of cigarette smoke. By that time, however, we needed to use the car for business meetings all day. The smell was so bad we returned the car three days early. We will never rent from them again.
