I'm very disappointed with HIAC. We just got our Alpine windows installed and the crew was nice but very inexperience. They were always late and made a mess everywhere which they didn't clean up or cover any of my furniture. A 3 days job took more than a week long and they order one of my big window wrong so we have to wait another 3 weeks. The customer service at HIAC was nice in the beginning but after you call them with problems than they start giving you the run around. And not to mentioned the salesperson is no where to be found after they sell you the windows. They say they will call you back but never do. Alpine windows are not that good. Especially their sliding doors very poorly made. Get a good referral before purchasing your windows. Is a lot of money to paid to get such a bad service and windows.
