had a terrible experience with Midway. Tried to bill me for missing items, which they lost. The sales person was of marginal ability - particularly in customer service. He had that combination of ignorance and arrogance that makes you sad for America. I was told ""I don't know what to tell you"" when I inquired about the missing items. This was after he could not remember calling me that morning.\r

The items were fine, however because of this experience, I will never rent from this vendor again and will advise anyone to avoid this provider. \r
