I went to the Academy Riding Stables while on vacation. I told them I was an inexperienced rider. While on the ride I was THROWN from my horse after she took off to a FULL RUN. They refused to let me speak with the owner to try to get a refund for the ride. I payed for a one hour ride and was only on horseback for all of fifteen minutes, along with my husband! I sent the owner numerous emails with no response what so ever.
Pros: garden of the gods, what I got to see of it anyway, was amazing
Cons: disappointing staff, unconcerned for patrons well being
