I have been going to casuelitas for the last yr and half, I must confess they have really good food and the worst customer service i have ever encounted n my life. Many times i and my friends have been ignored, messed up order by the server yet they have attitude problem. I have sat at the bar for almost an hr and didn't even get a drink that was ordered. My general conclusion or recommendation is intended for RICHIE and JACKIE to adhere to, look for servers with great or excellent customer service skills and experience.
