For most of us over the age of 50, not much goes on in the way of learning outside your job environment unless you're looking for it. Working with Smith Design Works has been rewarding in so many ways, I really don't know where to begin. Let me just say this studio is without doubt, the most intelligent and knowledgeable creative team I have ever come across. Not only did they spend many hours on research, which was evident in the designs they presented us, they were incredibly well thought out and explained every step of the process, and why it made the best sense with no bias. I didn't feel like a client so much as a grad student. In thinking back now about how I perceived our company's brand, it's apparent what a drastic turnaround we've made. I impatiently look forward to the day when we can hire them again. 5 stars is simply not enough.
Pros: Incredibly talented at problem solving.
Cons: They make the client work just as hard.
