We waited all day for and install, We where on the phone with them three times they said they would be here. 9:00pm rolls around and nothing. Then they say they will be here first thing next day. Next day rolls around and now they are say it will be a week. Beware if you are setting up directv make sure to ask for a different installation company for sure....
