They charge $10 to call in a refill prescription and insist on a credit card over the phone for payment. Their clerical staff cannot/will not use standard English and are very unprofessional. It's a very disorganized practice--clerical staff and Drs don't seem to communicate, messy waiting room, papers everywhere at the front desk and in the Drs' offices where they counsel with patients after an exam. During the midst of a pelvic exam, one of the female doctors asked me, ""Ooh, uhm, have you ever had trauma down here?"" The answer was no, until that incident. Her question was traumatic!
