Body Symmetry is the real deal. I've lived in Colorado Springs for 24 years and Body Symmetry is the first private training studio I've found that exceeds my expectations. The trainers all have advanced degrees, the training programs are creative, challenging, and well-balanced, the equipment is first-rate and the facility is spotless. I went to Body Symmetry for a jump-start in my fitness routine and walked out with a long-term training and nutrition plan. Dan, the owner, called the day after my first couple training sessions to check-in to see how I was feeling. They don't miss a thing! I would recommend this studio for first-time exercisers all the way up to professional athletes. Dan and his staff have experience with all levels.
