A prior review stated that this company is unstable. In truth this facility has been unstable, but its new ownership company has made a ""course correction"" to change that perception. $3,000,000.00 in rennovations are underway at The Gardens and it is just the beginning! I do not think a company would put that kind of money into it and not want to see improvement over the long haul. They did make some management changes (not all), and did so because the new company wanted to see an improvement on how things were run.
Pros: Fantastic Staff and Homelike feel
Cons: no covered walkway to covered garage
