After this appointment I was considering not doing my windows at all. Home Improvement Alliance Corporation sent out a salesman to my house to give me a free estimate. Was on time. Took measurements and told me about the Simonton window. The the shocker the price. Over $850 a window and that was after a 50% discount if I bought today. Said no to the price. Salesman called back and said he had miscalculated the numbers and he could give me an additional 15% off. Since I had another company do the same exact thing to me a week earilier I just dont buy it. I am in the process of getting other estimates and will post the outcome since this is becoming like buying a car. I feel that I need to spend more time doing my homework then believing what these salesman are telling me.
