Very cold and uncarring staff. I attempted to take my pet in for an exam which they said they would coupon off so that the first visit would be free. I guess this is the only way they can get you in the door. Upon arrival they told me what was wrong and stated I would need x-rays without even examining my pet! They stated it would be $160. (very expensive upon comparison with other vets) and failed to mention the additional charges which would have been atleast $100. I ended up taking my pet to another vet and found that he in did not need x-rays, just a physical exam as I suspected. So if you care about your pet I would recommend anywhere but here!!! Good Luck.
