Just wanted to make a comment on a positive experience when speaking with Nicole the manager. I had bought a gift certificate for my friends birthday. Even though the certificate was postmarked 9/1. The certificate did not arrive until 9/10! My friends birthday was on 9/4. I spoke to Nicole on or about 9/6 and explained that it was supposed to be a birthday surprise. I had flown in from NY to go to the spa with my friend on her birthday. Now being 9/10 the whole point was moot. I asked for a refund. She had absolutely no problem with this minus 10% for administrative costs, which I felt was quite fair. I absolutely applaud this type of customer services. If I visit Cary again I will definately be taking advantage of this spa! more
