We stayed at the resort over Labor day weekend and had a great time. It is a smaller resort in Hampton Bays (approx 30 units). The manager, Alice, was very friendly and helpful. You could tell she took pride in the place. The unit was one bedroom with a full kitchen, living/dining area, and private bath. The living area opened up onto a balcony overlooking the bay and was simply beautiful. There was a large in ground pool, a dock area, volleyball and shuffleboard. An outdoor grilling / picnic area was also available which we took advantage of. Overall it is not the biggest or flashiest resort in the area, but it was well run and maintained, and was so relaxing! We would definitely recommend it.
Pros: Waterfront location, friendly service
Cons: Can't think of any!
