Biggest mistake of my life and it's really too bad because it really seemed like it would be great, being so close to the 3 Ward and downtown. I can't imagine what it looked like before because it's not great now. I had to get parking because of all the brake-ins. The parking went up 40$ a few weeks later when they said that the street was going to be repaired and there would be no place to park anyplace nearby. That is really what I would consider kicking us when we're down. There are like 2 people who work here which is unexcusable with all the scary stuff that goes on here. Someone set fire to basement when we moved in, there were fire alarms almost every week for awhile, then somebody tagged the lobby, one time someone sprayed a fire extinuisher all over the hall and it sat there for 3 days, someone was constantly pissing in elevators, people were alway v0miting the elevators, somebody smashed in the front door glass of the building, then the fire alarms on my floor was smashed in after they went off 2 hrs or longer one time, when i had to get up and move that morning at 6am. then the air conditiong went out in the middle of heatwave and then elevators. when you complain about this managers tell you that there is nothing they can do. i'm totally not even kidding. this all really happened and that's why i got out. too scary and too gross at too high a price.
Pros: where it is
