Matco Service is an outstanding company and their owner Gary went the extra mile for my family. We highly recommend this company. We had the same problem with our heater due to the fact that it was a low end model and he explained to us that it would work more efficiently if the unit was moved to the garage. In Texas where the temperatures fluxuate to such extremes his recommendation of leaving the water turned on to drip is commonly used and well known to keep your pipes from freezing. Even the local news stations publically broadcast this information. Thanks to his recommendations our system was moved to our garage and we no longer have any difficulties.
