I ordered and paid for a rug at the end of June. I was told I would have my rug in 10 days. It's been 2 months...and nothing! I get story after story about why I haven't received it yet. I finally said forget it and to return my money. Now, I get the same story about the rug as my refund...""your check is coming""..I still have nothing. If I could give less than one star, I would.
