WE WERE SHOPPING AROUND TO CHANGE THE CARPET IN OUR OFFICE, WE HAVE A HUGE OFFICE IN ORANGE COUNTY. WE WENT TO RUGCO AND WE WERE AMAZED BY ALL THE VARITES THEY AHVE AND THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. AFTER OTHER STORES TOLD US 3-4 WEEKS TO GET THE JOB DONE IN DAY TIME AND WE HAVE TO CLOSE THE OFFICE , NIA FROM RUGCO CAME INTO THE PICTURE WITH VERY NICE SMPLES AND HE SAID THAT THE JOB WILL BE DONE IN ONE WEEK AND WE DON'T HAVE TO CLOSE OUR OFFICE TO CHANGE THE CARPET, HE WILL INSTALL THE CARPET OVER NIGHT. WE AGREED ON THAT AND HE DID AMAZING JOB IN JUST ONE NIGHT AND WE SAVED 20% THANKS TO RUGCO WITH THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE QUILTY OF WORK. IF YOU WANT ANY RUGS AND CARPET PLEASE CHECK RUGCO FIRST THEY HAVE GOOD PRICES. more

Simply Excellent 12/9/2011

We recently got this house and we were changing all of its carpets, so we needed reasonable prices since we were buying a huge capacity. i wnt to rugco next to my house and Nia (the owner) showed me a huge selection and promised me 30% less than other stores. after a whole weekend of shopping at all rug stores i didnt find a lower price on hand-made rugs. i went back to him confused with what to get for the dining and living room. he offered to come to my house take pictures to show me what suits best in regards for the room size and wall colors. he even offered me a couple of rugs to take home with me try them for a few days to see of they suit me or not. EVERYTHING IS JUST EXCELLENT IN THIS STORE! more

Fantastic Persian Carpets and Great Prices 11/24/2011

You know the right carpet can make a room come alive! I've been collecting Persian rugs for years and have never come across the kind of selection, nor experienced the kind of service I got from Rugco. The guy who helped find the rug I was looking for was awesome. I thought I knew a lot about Persian rugs until I met him. I'll never forget his name either and I bet wouldn't either, his names Magic. more

Fantastic service, fantastic prices, fantastic rugs. I went all over Orange County and without a doubt this was the best place to go. Nia, the owner, took the time to consider the color of my walls, furniture and personally helped me make a decision. Other places just told me look and decide what I wanted. more

Rugs Rugs and More Rugs 9/1/2010

I'm an interior decorator and I've been shopping at Rugco for over 2 years now. Both Nia and Kathryn are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They've allowed me to take numerous sample swatches to my clients homes so we can find just the right style and color. They've also allowed me to take full size rugs to my clients homes for a few days to see if my client liked the rug. I've also ordered two custom made rugs from them which have worked out beautifully. If you're in search of a rug I would definitely suggest you try Rugco. more

Best Place to Buy Rugs 8/29/2010

I've been shopping for a rug for several months with little to no luck. That is until I went to Rugco. They had a tremendous selection of rugs in different styles, sizes and colors. I initially only was looking for 1 rug but I wound up buying 3. The owner Nia Pirnia was extremely helpful and his prices were outstanding. I highly recommend shopping at Rugco! more

Great Experience 6/1/2010

Initially I was a little overwhelmed by the selection. However, they helped to narrow my choices by consulting with me about my colors, flooring, and decor. I even got to take a few home and kept them for a couple of days, with no obligation, so that I could see how they looked in my home. I decided on two rugs. One for my living room and one for my dining room. I absolutely love them both! I would defintely recommend visiting the store . Pros: huge selection, fantasitc prices more

I came here and bought my first rug from them about 2 months ago as a wedding anniversary gift for my wife. She loved it. It was beautiful and Mr. Nia (the person that helped me out) helped me pick the perfect design to match my decor. In fact, he even came to my house, took pictures of the interior, and ordered the perfect match for me. That's some unbelievable service, I wish every business operated like that. Beautiful area rugs at reasonable prices! Great customer service! 8/3/2008

I have an oceanfront home in Orange county and I have shopped around everywhere for beautiful area rugs at a reasonable prices (I'm a very picky person). One Sunday I just happened to pass by Rugco in Fountain Valley and decided to come in and checked out the store. I found a great selection of rugs for each room in my house, the designs and the colors are beautiful and go so well with my Glabman's furnitures, I love it ! and the prices are also reasonable ! the ones I liked the prices are lower then the discount department stores like Home Goods (poor selections), Macy's ( overpriced), boutiques on Melrose Av. or Beverly Bl. in Beverly Hills (too expensive), so I bought all the rugs there for each room in my house. The owner Mr. Nia was very nice and knowledgeable, he gave me ideas of which rugs to choose and gave me a good deal for all the rugs. The one we picked for my living room and family room are just georgous! I went there Sunday and by Tuesday my house is fully furnished. I like to recommend this store to everyone who needs rugs. Cancelled order, money not credited 7/2/2008

We ordered a rug through Rugco. After a few days we were informed that the color selection was not available from the manufacturer. We cancelled the order and were informed that our credit card had been credited back. However the next statement came without the credit. So far two phone calls have not resolved this. Horible! Beware!!! 8/14/2007

I ordered and paid for a rug at the end of June. I was told I would have my rug in 10 days. It's been 2 months...and nothing! I get story after story about why I haven't received it yet. I finally said forget it and to return my money. Now, I get the same story about the rug as my refund...""your check is coming""..I still have nothing. If I could give less than one star, I would. Very bad customer service 5/15/2007

No doubt they have huge selection of carpets, some of them really beautiful but the business patron (Mr Nia Pirnia) really needs to take lessons in manners, politeness and customer sevice. We bought a carpet from him and ordered matching runner and doormat which he said will be available within 10 days. Payment was made in advance, its over 40 days now and he still says next week, and he is definately rude about it. He says ""I can't do anything about it"" ... "" You will get it when it comes"" ..... "" Listen, I dont make carpets"". more
