No doubt they have huge selection of carpets, some of them really beautiful but the business patron (Mr Nia Pirnia) really needs to take lessons in manners, politeness and customer sevice. We bought a carpet from him and ordered matching runner and doormat which he said will be available within 10 days. Payment was made in advance, its over 40 days now and he still says next week, and he is definately rude about it. He says ""I can't do anything about it"" ... "" You will get it when it comes"" ..... "" Listen, I dont make carpets"".
