Horrible customer service 8/1/2007

I had a pre-op appointment for rhinoplasty and after waiting for an hour I was told it would last 3 hours. Due to a prior commitment I had to leave. But I did put down a $500 deposit make a new pre-op apppointment. When I showed up for the appointment, it turns out I had in fact no appointment scheduled. I had jsut left work early and drove 1.5 hrs to get to my appointment on time and had taken a week off from work for the surgery. To make matters worse they tried to blame me. Why would I give them $500 to not have an appointment held for me. The Dr may be good but the way the office is run is very poor. Pros: MD may be good Cons: long wait times, poor office staff more
