I received Rhinoplasty from Dr. Zachariah. The reason why he gets 1 star is he is a very nice man. I was looking for a professional Dr., not a nice man. My surgery was may of 2007. I never once waited less than 45 minutes to see him and at times over 1.5 hours. This is with an appt. Recently when I had a Dr. at the bay city sleep study call and fax for my records the office of Zachariah said I did not exist. Dr. Zachariah called me on Nov.27 at 8pm asking who I was and could I do the entire med. request as they will have to go and Archive my records. Still have not gotten them. Whatever! Was I happy with the results? No. I went in to get a cracked crooked nose fixed and I left with nothing I had originally discussed nor wanted. Matter of fact, he said that he opted to make the tip of my nose higher as HE thought it looked better. My surgery was suppose to be at 11ish. I waited on a gurney until about 2:30 ( reading every magazine there was ) where I finally asked where is the DR. Again late for his own surgery that he scheduled! Of course, when you cannot eat or drink pre-surgery waiting over 3 hours is difficult. My ride was told I would be ready at 5. She got the pick up call at 8pm. They over medicated me and did not give me anti-nausea meds so I threw up most of the way home. Oh a upside the Dr. has a very good homeopathic regime which makes recovery speedy. Never once did I get a call from their office after I got the bandages off. I never went back as I am not a complainer. The only reason why I am writing this is to Ed. someone else in the event they are considering working with this Man. Here is the kicker...after doing my sleep study in oct. of 2009, I suffer from a deviated septum, collasped breathing of nose ( unable to inhale ) not to mention the symentry of the nose was so off for a woman. I had no clue that Dr. Zachariah had made my nose worse until it was examined my 2 other Doctors. One Dr. is the most prominent rhinoplasty around. Needless to say, Dr. Ronald Gruber just completed my 2nd nose surgery on dec. 23rd. What an amazing experience and fantastic professional staff. Because of the damage Created by Dr. Zachariah, blue sheild is covering 70% of the cost. I am excited to sleep and breath and I can already tell this is going to be one gorgeous nose! I went here for breast augmentation and I got the same thing. He was more interested in selling the meds. Turns out, I could have saved the money because they never did any good. I lost all feeling and I've been left with numbness he guaranteed was only temporary. It's been over a year now. He was very hurried when time came for the return appointment. This surgeon seemed more interested in pushing suppliments than talking about the actual surgery and final results. When I told him what I wanted he said, ""we'll see"" . Well, lets see... I was left with a botched augmentation and all he says now is ""don't worry"". For anyone interested in Dr. Zachariah, my personal experience is one of regret, horror, and remourse. more

I had a breast enhancement consultation from Dr. Zacharia and was very pleased not only with him but his ENTIRE staff. They made me feel very comfortable and would go back to this office for any of my needs again! Hi staff was always very nice, eager to help and very very informative. Also, I called them many times after my surgery to ask questions and they always helped me out. If you have not looked into him yet for your cosmetic surgery needs definetely give him a shot! more

I had a pre-op appointment for rhinoplasty and after waiting for an hour I was told it would last 3 hours. Due to a prior commitment I had to leave. But I did put down a $500 deposit make a new pre-op apppointment. When I showed up for the appointment, it turns out I had in fact no appointment scheduled. I had jsut left work early and drove 1.5 hrs to get to my appointment on time and had taken a week off from work for the surgery. To make matters worse they tried to blame me. Why would I give them $500 to not have an appointment held for me. The Dr may be good but the way the office is run is very poor. Pros: MD may be good Cons: long wait times, poor office staff more
