I have been bringing my pup to Pet Care plus for the last few months and I haven't experienced what these other reviews are talking about. All I know is that I drop my puppy off, and pick him up and I have never had any problems or experienced what others are saying. The staff has been friendly and seemingly organized. I am going to continue to go there, and if you are looking at these reviews trying to decide, give them the benefit of the doubt. The place is spacious and they do their best to make sure your dog is well taken care of.
