Sushi Ray serves the americanized version of sushi. We ordered some sake which was great, edamame and tuna jalapeno as appetizers. The tuna jalapeno was like a ceviche with a small slice of jalapeno that made is citrusy and spicy, a great combination. The spider roll and spicy tuna roll were good but were huge portions that I could not finish. Each came with ten slices that was way too much food. The waitress was very friendly and provided us great service, one of the best I have experienced. Overall, the restaurant is expensive, the food is average but the service is great.
