I would avoid Perla's like the plague. First, they told me that one of the parts I needed was backordered for six months. After finding out that I didn't need that part, they took my range top into their shop for service, and returned it with a large chip taken out of the paint. When I called Rocky to tell him about it, he began cursing me out. I'm not used to being treated in this manner, but I agreed to have one of his service men come out to look at it. Rocky , of course, denies that they caused the damage. My only recourse is to go to small claims court.

Cons: If you enjoy being cursed at, by all means, be their customer
