This review may sound a bit like a carbon copy of the last review, but here goes...
Although I had a missed trash pick up here and there throughoutthe 19 months that I was a customer of Allied Waste, they were generally apologetic and picked the trash up the next day. However, my trash has not been picked up for 4 weeks now, despite constantly being assured that it will be picked up "today". Although the majority of the customer service representatives that I have spoken with have been at least marginally polite, several have been incredibly rude. I have been promised confirmation calls that never I never receive, and have now been promised a refund for the entire month of August, as I just cancelled my account. (I'm not holding my breath.) I wonder how long it will take them to come and pick up the
malodorous garbage sitting inside of their containers. I'm calling Pro Disposal based on City Search ratings and a recommendation from a friend.
