Job was to retrofit central A/C in an older home at the beginning of the summer. They showed up promptly and left no mess. It was very expensive. However, we discovered the following winter that they had moved insulation in the eaves to install ductwork and had not put the insulation back where it belonged. After 15 years in this house with no problems, we had a pipe freeze and burst which caused water damage to a ceiling. The plumber who did the repairs blamed the problem on the displaced insulation. When we contacted Standish about this problem, they were less than helpful and pretty much dropped the ball completely. Additionally, we are now in only the third season since the installation, and currently, one of the units (they installed two) is not working at all. We are awaiting service.
Pros: Fast, clean up after themselves
Cons: Careless with insulation; follow-up service not great
