Texas Steakhouse has dropped out of the running as far as Steakhouses go. I used to visit frequently, but after the last visit I have decided to not ever go there again. The steaks have gotten smaller and tougher, the service slower and less proficient. The cleanliness of the restaurant overall seems to have dropped as well. The last time we ate there our table, as well as 3 others around us, had do send food back because of low quality or being prepared incorrectly. The manager was busy offering free deserts, but unfortunately they to have dropped in quality.
Pros: Location, speed of service.
Cons: Pour quality of food and service.
