How disappointing! I needed some signs printed and the website looked great. However, as soon as made my credit card order, any form of customer service or courteous communication stopped. I never received my proofs. Had to chase these people down and then after trying to cancel my order was given a rude run around. If you need your job done right and somewhat quick, do not use these people. I won't ever again!

Cons: Poor attitude. Can't complete a job on time. Poor communication.
