We called rent max and wanted to sign up because we had used them in the past and they were great ! This time they didnt bother to tell us that they had changed the service and you no longer get to see the listings online for 61 bucks you have to pay an extra ten dollars. For 61 bucks all you get is a phone number to call daily this other number a woman answers the phone and wants the account number then she says call me back in 15 minutes while she looks online and then reports back to you what she finds. We ordered the service on 7/6 by that night they had charged our account 61 dollars and then when we call the next morning they say the account was never created because they could not charge the account with out a signature but that already had. Were extremely rude were not helpful and then wanted me to go ahead and create a new account I was like I DO NOT THINK SO. The person who did this was TOM with rent max in Little Rock and his boss !
