Daniel Spivey was at our home today and Pressure Washed our House and Driveway .He also Pressure Washed the 2 decks and the sidewalks.He did a very professional job and was a perfect gentelman while at our home.He was here at 8am monday morning and did not finish up till 5pm,His total price of $450.00 was very fair for the work he provided.We were given 3 other estimates that were higher than Daniel's we felt it was right to tip Daniel $50.00 extra to help pay for the gas and cleaning supplies he used while Pressure Washing our property.We will be calling Daniel on a regular basis to do our Handyman Services.
