Dr. Hughes is an ok doctor. He doesn't go overboard on friendly, but gets the job done efficiently, and without rushing you. The staff on the other hand is horrible! I go to the Duval office, and whoever answers the phone is not usually very pleasant. The nurses are by far the worst part of the entire experience. They always seem annoyed, they never try to ease my sons fears (he's 2 1/2), and when they give shots they are so unfeeling about it it's ridiculous. It is because of them that I have decided to switch pediatricians.
