I've read about Bob's being the ""Top 5"" steakhouses for years. So decided to try it one night. It seemed like a very hip place/atmosphere, but not very quiet b/c there was obviously a party going on with loud heckling and grunts in the private room. I ordered the filet medium rare and it came out with a blackend overseared crusted top. I'm used to having a steak ""grilled"" either on gas or woodchips. But this steak was just put on pan/flat surface cooker and over-seared. Then there's this 10 foot long carrot that has no business being there. Kinda looked like something else ifyou know what I mean.

Cons: Could cook a better steak at home with my fryer and a trip to costco
