Terrible service. First visit, was told within a 2 hour window and I had to call 3 times to find out when they were actually going to be here (first time was at the end of the 2 hour window) and was always told about 30 min to an hour...they showed up 4 hours late. Blamed service issues at other location, but they didn't tell me that on the phone and could have called to apologize and say they were running late. I understand service issues come up (I had them with my pool too), but it takes 2 minutes to call a customer who is expecting you and let them know you will be late. \r Other issues: would take a couple days to get a call back when I was inquiring about service issues and took no responsibility for anything. Actually told me the problems were my fault. They did agree to come back out and finish cleaning the pool and said they would return on Friday and never showed up or called. I have since realized they didn't screw in the hand raisl properly as I was trying to walk into the pool carrying my 15-month old son and almost fell because they were loose. \r \r In the end, I found another company that came out on Saturday (the next day after my call) and did a fantastic job! Thanks Rising Sun Pools and Andrew, who is one of the managers there. Andrew has even called me to just check on everything and make sure the pool was clear and I was happy. That is proper customer service. Pros: It was recommended to me, but they are questioning their agreement with them due to my problems. Cons: Customer Service is terrible, not in the Raleigh area. more
