By far the best pool service in NC. Turned a complete disaster into a beautiful pool within a few days. Highly recommend! We relied on another company that caused way more damage than what they helped. I wish I had found John sooner. Excellent communication and customer service. I could not be happier! more

ABC Pools is the best pool company around. I have been dealing with other companies around the Raleigh area since I had my pool installed. No one has ever satisfied me as much as John at ABC has. We've had our liner, filter, and lights replaced by ABC --they have answered our questions and done professional work. There aren't many good pool companies in Raleigh --service tends to be uneven, or nonexistent. ABC stands out. I would recommend them to anyone. more

I highly recommend ABC pool service. I had them replace an inground pool liner for me. They exceeded all my expectations. I am a stickler on being prompt and show up when they say they are coming. I have been using ABCPools for 5 years now and i would refer them to anyone who is trying to get a pool or get pool work dome. Before i signed with ABCPools five years ago for my liner replacement i tryed using many other companies like rising sun, aqua clear and i have not found any service better than that of ABCPOOLS. John the owner of abcpools is the best mAN for any swimming pool job, and that comes from a satisfied customer for over 5 years to this day and i will be using abCpools for any of my pool needs for the rest of my pool's life. more

I paid for my pool to be opened, drained and cleaned. It was power washed only at the bottom, the sides were left full of scale. I was told to call after the washing of the bottom (I was not at home) when the pool was full. I called, but no one returned my call. Over one week later two technicians showed up in my backyard, did not alert anyone that they were there, and turned the pool switch on. They did not reattach the Polaris, insert the skimmers, put the drainage cover back on, finish cleaning the pool, and most importantly did not add ANY Chemicals to the water. I paid $400. Pros: nothing Cons: did not complete the job after payment more

I called abcpools and spoke to a gentleman named john, about changeing my inground pool liner. he made an appointment with me for the next day. he was on time and very perfesional! he explained to me what needed to be done to my pool. then gave me a qoute, i signed with him because i had shopped around and he had the best price! within 7 days of the first conversation with abcpools my liner was installed, water filled, and ready for my use. the job came out very nice and i would recomend abcpools to all my freinds and family!!! THANK YOU ABCPOOLS FOR THE PROMPT CLEAN COMPLETE JOB YOU DID FOR ME AND MY FAMILY!!!!!!!! Pros: on time and perfessionally done. Cons: there was none. more

Terrible service. First visit, was told within a 2 hour window and I had to call 3 times to find out when they were actually going to be here (first time was at the end of the 2 hour window) and was always told about 30 min to an hour...they showed up 4 hours late. Blamed service issues at other location, but they didn't tell me that on the phone and could have called to apologize and say they were running late. I understand service issues come up (I had them with my pool too), but it takes 2 minutes to call a customer who is expecting you and let them know you will be late. \r Other issues: would take a couple days to get a call back when I was inquiring about service issues and took no responsibility for anything. Actually told me the problems were my fault. They did agree to come back out and finish cleaning the pool and said they would return on Friday and never showed up or called. I have since realized they didn't screw in the hand raisl properly as I was trying to walk into the pool carrying my 15-month old son and almost fell because they were loose. \r \r In the end, I found another company that came out on Saturday (the next day after my call) and did a fantastic job! Thanks Rising Sun Pools and Andrew, who is one of the managers there. Andrew has even called me to just check on everything and make sure the pool was clear and I was happy. That is proper customer service. Pros: It was recommended to me, but they are questioning their agreement with them due to my problems. Cons: Customer Service is terrible, not in the Raleigh area. more
