Well when the chef leaves the menu changes. I have been to Midori 6 times in the past 4 years. I really haven't been there in about 2 years. I decided I would go see how it was doing because I really enjoyed it the first 5 times I went. They had a really unique dragon roll that was wrapped in cucumber (which they don't have anymore.) The service isn't as attentive as it used to be. The food was prepared well and tasted good. Then about halfway through both the new ""green dragon"" roll and the rainbow roll I ended up swallowing a bone???? and almost another but luckily I realized what it was and spat it out???? I've eaten sushi hundreds of times in the past 8 or 9 years but I've never had a BONE in my sushi. I really don't understand it. I really felt disappointed after the bones and didn't even want to finish the meal. I'm really not too happy with the changes that have happened there. I always enjoyed going there before this last time.
Pros: Nice low traffic, quiet environment
