I had my graduatin dinner at the chart house - the service was beyond horrible....it took over an hour to get WATER, we ordered 4 bottles of wine and waited even long for those....the glasses were dirty, our waitress kept forgetting things...she was terrible, after asking her for menus, our wine, glasses, etc., she told us that she was going to go hurt herself......She dumped HOT TEA down the back of one of my guests...my grandmother wanter her prime rib cooked longer, and they gave her a hard time for it. multiple people from my party spoke to the management a number of times, and the experience just got worse and worse. the food was ok, but not worth the extremely high price. it was a disaster, and i will never go back,
