I have a chin who had damaged her eye. After calling every exotic pet vet in charlotte this vet was the ONLY one that even said they could definitely help me. I can not even begin to explain how impressed I was. The staff were amazingly caring and sensitive to the pets that were there, just from what I witnessed. The amount of time that Dr. Wheelock took with me and my pet was stunning. Not only did he care for her and get me exactly what I needed to get her back to health but he called an optimologist to ensure that nothing further needed to be followed up. Futher more... He went over general help/care tips for chinchillas. Everything from games I can play, to stimulation and even dieting!
