I would just like to say that the doctor that I see (Dr. Clapacs) is highly professional, caring, sincere, and generally concerned about your total welfare. He maintains eye contact, listens very intently, asks questions where clarification or more information is needed, and makes his assessment afterwards. He always answers any and all questions or concerns that you may have, and he explains his assessment and/or opinion to you completely until you understand it fully. He explains his thught process about your medication and then any changes to it that he is going to make and why he is making these changes and choices in medicine. The office staff has always been extremely kind, professional, and friendly to me whenever I've been there - they have also been very helpful whenever I had a question, concern, or needed something. I would highly recommend this practice and place of business to anyone in need of assistance.
