My family moved from Boston to Houston. We have 3 children and lots of toys!! BQ movers sent a sales person to our home to estimate the cost and details of our move. The day of the pick-up we were scrambling to finish packing and get organized. The movers were on time and even called us 30 minutes prior to arrival. They disassembled some of our furniture, wrapped and secured the fragile pieces and even packed what we were unable to finish packing. They promised us delivery within 3 weeks and a phone call 24 hours prior to the delivery. We received our belongings 2 weeks after the pick-up. There was nothing missing and nothing damaged. Also, we kept in touch with our sales person who would give us updates on the delivery. We were very happy with our move and highly recommend Boston Quality Movers.
