I visited the Harvey Tropic Carwash on 5/25/07 around 2:00 pm. The attendant directing the vehicles into the carwash, misdirected the truck in front of me and it climbed the track, as the attendant redirected the truck,neither the employee or the driver was paying enough attention to it's surroundings because the truck almost ran into another employee(also not paying attention to what was going on),then I had to toot my horn because I feared that the truck was going to run into my car.After that problem was cleared up, the truck behind me was also misdirected and jumped the track, I again panicked because the truck behind me came very close to hitting my car also. I went into the store after I got out of the carwash and asked for a manager, where I found three employees,lounging on the benches inside(one literally laying down on the bench).Noone asked me if I needed help until I asked for a manager.Then one of them claimed to be the manager although he didn't present himself in a professional manner, he didn't apoligize for the actions that had taken place nor offer to reimburse me for my carwash.I left frustrated and unsatisfied and vowed not to return to that store ever again.
