The front desk (and doctor for that matter) lied to me regarding contact lens. They stated that insurance wouldn't pay for contacts which I purchased online.. They even tried to make me sign a form that said I would ""lose my benefits"" if I didn't get contacts through them. (I refused, of course).\r

I realize they are just trying to make money off me. Selling contacts probably ""brings the bread home""... but this is just plain rude.\r

For the record, I spoke with my insurance and they are fine with paying for contacts from online sources.\r
