I also am currently taking the Reactive Response/Self Defense program for Women (Three 2 hour classes on Sunday mornings). It is extremely hands on and I would highly recommend this for any woman big or small, young or old. The class teaches basic techniques that I will continue to remember for a lifetime.\r
