I take Tai Chi and Yoga classes at Energy Fitness and I have nothing but positive feedback. I?ve been taking classes for 3 months now and I have had an excellent experience. The staff are professional, yet still approachable ? they make each class great. The class size allows for personal interaction and individualized training, no matter what your current skill level is. I never feel bad asking questions. The classes are fun and I enjoy going each week because we are always learning something new. I just wish I had time to take more classes!
