I frequent the chart house once a month. On the last two occasion's it was horrible. I took friends who never go to Boston there one night. the waitstaff was great but the portions were very small not what i am used too. My friend's husband got the fillet and commented that he was still hungry too bad there wasn't more of it. My husband's sea bass was 3in by 3 1/2 inches after spending more than $450.00, i wished i had went to Morton's. I emailed them and told them ab our dissatisfaction. they had the manager call me and he told me to call when we were coming again. I did. He acted like I was calling to ask him for something for free, he told me the best he could do was give me a good waiter. I was appalled, but i went anyway bec my daughter wanted to try it, not only they gave me the buttsof all filet's. there was not one piece in my or my daughter's order that was not an end piece our bill was $ 200. I will never go to chart house again they treat their returning patrons horribly.
