I found Dr. Rajala to be very knowledgeable and upfront; However, he lacked the personal touch that many pregnant women need to feel comfortable. I often felt that he was all business, with no apparent friendly bedside manner, with the exception of a ready smile. That is for some people, but it was definitely NOT for me.
Pros: clean and asthetically pleasing office and hospital
Cons: overbooked and non-personal (having a baby is THE most personal thing in the world!)
