I work at CHOP. I just found out that there is a Scoop De Ville location in Houston Hall on Penn's campus! Now, I don't have to go all the way down town to get my fix. I can just walk two blocks and be there in no time. I love it! You have GOT to try Strawberry Shortcake and Greek Week! Those two Scoop Suggestions are totally in my top five favorites. And, they have really great customer service too! I needed to order a few ice cream cakes for a celebration in my department and they were so easy to work. Everything turned out perfect.
Pros: Open late, great quick service, lots of choices
Cons: Lots of choices, remember...you can always go back for more!
